Pros: Setting up the new build was a breeze knowing that the voltages coming out of this PSU almost didn't budge and were right on target. Using an external DMM, I measured less than 10mV (0.01V) voltage variation on the 12V rail during power swings of approx 400W. The 5V and 3.3V rails were also very steady. My old power supply would vary by as much as 0.3V at times. It has a button for hybrid fan control mode on the back, which lets the fan turn off with low load. This is the quietest PSU that I've owned. Most of the time for me, the fan is off. The warranty on this guy is 12 years, so you can feel pretty safe about the quality of the components inside.

Cons: It looks great, but the colour scheme didn't match my build.

Overall Review: The 24 pin cable has some weird extra wiring (probably for some control feedback and interference suppression), which means that you won't be able to easily put on custom sleeving on the stock cables. If you want sleeved cables, then extensions will likely be your only option without voiding the warranty.
