Pros: Very Fast and easy to use.

Cons: I didn't really find any. I installed kingston hyper x after reading reviews and also bought a MyDigitalSSD 480GB which was also listed that worked with this nuc. Make sure you go intel and download the drivers first thing. I installed windows then flashed the bios and then loaded the lan to get on the internet and downloaded everything else from intels driver search. Took me about and hour but if you are prepared it is 1 sweet desktop. Enjoy

Pros: I have to say that this is one of the sweetest drivebays. It took me about 30 seconds to get it working and using it right away. I am just using it non raid as 2 drives and it works great. Transfer speeds are wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Pros: I had a hard time finding an enclosure that would work with Caviar Black 1tb. I tried Nexstar CX and also Hornettek USB esata enclosure. SO I ordered these as they were on sale. IT was an easy install and the drives work great. Windows 7 recognized them right away. I highly recommend them if you ace using a Caviar Black 1tb. The drives stay really cool
