Pros: once you understand the limitations of a netbook, i don't think you can do better than the 1005ha.

Cons: arrives with 1gb ram. (quick and easy to make 2gb). Power adapter problems (easy fix see below)

Overall Review: Be forewarned: There is a known power adapter issue with these machines. If you leave the adapter plugged when you don't have the netbook attached the power adapter can overheat and shut itself off. An easy fix is to unplug the adapter after charging the netbook or if it overheats leave the adapter in your fridge for 20 min, then try it. I hear getting a new adapter from asus is very slow.

Pros: This is a very good fit for most household server needs. Great, easy and reliable backup solution. WHS also works with some great plugins ("My movies" makes it a perfect media server). Yesterday i added a sata drive to expand my storage ability and it was a 1 click process. VERY SIMPLE.

Cons: not for users who are already experienced in Linux and want to go through the trouble of setting up their own open source backup solution.

Overall Review: Although WHS will back up virtual machines (I'm using VMWARE) without any problem - recovery can be a little more difficult as WHS recovery has trouble finding the virtual network card. - not a problem for 99% of the world so i didn't lower my rating. Something to be aware of though if you work in a virtual machine world.
