Great PSU but only setup for 4 video cards

Seasonic Flagship PRIME SERIES SSR-1200PD 1200W PLATINUM FULL MODULAR ATX12V & EPS12V 135mm FDB Fan Super Quiet Power Supply
Seasonic Flagship PRIME SERIES SSR-1200PD 1200W PLATINUM FULL MODULAR ATX12V & EPS12V 135mm FDB Fan Super Quiet Power Supply

Pros: Modular, small footprint, and the wiring is the softest and easiest to bend of any manufacture. Incredible warranty too! Running 24/7 for a couple weeks off a 240v circuit while pulling ~1100 watt from the wall, and the unit barely gets warm

Cons: I found that when switching off the PSU, you need to wait about 15-20 seconds before switching it back on or it wont fire back up properly - must be some internal switch or something...I have 3 of these and they all do the same thing. For miners - There are only 4 dedicated VGA cables included (though they both have dual 6+2pin outputs) - if you're using this for mining with 6 VGA cards, you'll need to custom make or modify a cable to use the extra CPU output as an extra PCIE power output, plus use a Molex to 6 pin PCIE converter to get 6 PCIE dedicated outputs...which it can do just fine since its a single rail design. Hence only giving it 4 eggs.

Great price, huge improvement over standard 1080p, and 2 out of 3 have died in the first week :(

Asus VA32AQ 31.5" WQHD 2560x1440 HDMI VGA DisplayPort Flicker Free Built-in Speakers Eye Care Technology Blue Light Filter IPS Monitor

Pros: -Gotta love the size! Super thin bezel, serious improvement over std HD and the blue eye filter makes a noticeable difference. -Really good bang-for-the-buck -Comes with a quality Dispaly Port cable, HDMI cable, now obsolete VGA cable and an audio cable.

Cons: - I ordered 3 of these for a sim racing rig and unfortunately 2 have gone back for replacement already...its only been a week. I figured two going bad warranted removing two eggs. Both monitors had issues with the buttons. On one, the power button arrived stuck and the monitor would power on/off at the slightest vibration. With the other, all buttons stopped working altogether after a week - to power off/on you had use the power cord...Sad face. I am hoping the 3rd lasts a little longer! - The default setup includes a setting called VividPixel, which loosely translates into 'MakeAnyMovementLookAweful'. Just disable it by setting it to zero....or turn it on and watch a YouTube video for an instant headache. - If it came with a manual I may have been able to figure out what VividPixel was actually supposed to improve...but alas. -One monitor came with the blue light filter set to its max, and the menus were in a different language. The picture looks great once that was resolved but keep in mind you may have to futz with the settings before it looks right. -Power supply includes a 'brick', and I received 2 different bricks

Overall Review: -Id recommend this only if you can deal with some level of technical ickyness...I.E. you get why reinstalling the driver for your video card isn't going to solve the ghosting issue (See VividPixel above) and know when to return a poorly re-certified monitor -I wouldn't buy one of these for a non-technical family member -If something goes sideways, NewEgg always has your back. -Getting a square trade policy with this monitor may not be a bad idea

Fantastic card!

MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 ATX Video Card Radeon RX 480 GAMING X 4G

Pros: Top end components, great fans and an excellent heat sink work together to give a GPU runs cooler than most RX cards by several degrees. Very high quality memory allows for higher overclocking than many other RX cards. 3 year warranty is top notch too

Cons: They aren't in stock at the time of this writing. :(

Overall Review: Whether you mine crypto coins or game, this is a fantastic RX series card. Kudos to MSI for this design.

Quick little drive!

Plextor S2G M.2 2280 128GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) PX-128S2G

Pros: Works as advertised. SSD Benchmarks show ~500 mb/s read and write speed

Cons: Dang that screw is tiny, and the stick does get pretty warm when its under load.

Overall Review: If 128gb is enough for you and you want a tidy build, this drive fits the bill.

Pretty good card for ETH mining.

PowerColor RED DEVIL Radeon RX 570 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support ATX Video Card AXRX 570 4GBD5-3DH/OC

Pros: I bought a couple of these for mining. They came with Samsung memory and you can overclock the memory to the moon. It also runs very cool and appears to have high quality fans.

Cons: Its probably the longest RX5xx card out there - almost a full 2 inches longer then the typical dual fan, though it is not as tall as say the sapphire cards or the MSI gaming X. Only a two year warranty - 3 years and I would have given it 5 eggs

Overall Review: you can tinker with the bios on these and get extremely low power usage while getting over 30mhs mining ethereum

Stripper model with only a DVI output and some new samsung memory

SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 470 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E (UEFI) (Built with Samsung Memory) Brown Box Version 11256-31-21G
SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 470 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E (UEFI) (Built with Samsung Memory) Brown Box Version 11256-31-21G

Pros: It is available! At least it was...SAMSUNG Memory! Good fans

Cons: This card has different samsung memory timings - and normal strap mod methods aren't working for mining. Also, I can't get it to stay mining at anything higher than 2025mhz - it gets unstable at a slower speed than any other samsung memory equipped RX card I have - and I gots lots. 90 day warranty - booo

Overall Review: Miners be aware - there aren't any publicly available mining straps for this card's new memory yet - not that I can find anyhow - so if you cant figure out how to make your own memory straps then you may be stuck at around 25-26mhs, which is stock speed at 1150mhz gpu/2000mhz memory. Of course YMMV.
