Great little sucker for the $

Dirt Devil M08220 Scorpion Quick Flip Hand Vacuum Black
Dirt Devil M08220 Scorpion Quick Flip Hand Vacuum Black

Pros: Another spontaneous newegg purchase. This little vacuum produces a huge amount of suction, so much that when I was vacuuming my keyboard it sucked it right off the desk. Nifty little attachments too, a little upholstery brush and crevice tool. But the power is what makes this 5. Good on keyboards (careful), corners, inside computers, crevices, sofas. All for $xx.

Cons: None at this time.

Functional but a bit off...

HEC 6C28BS Black / Silver Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
HEC 6C28BS Black / Silver Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: good value clean appearance big power button no front panel is nice

Cons: No space between mb and powersupply so if you have after market fin cooler towards top center, it will be right up on the power supply fan. Also, the rear panel can clearly support a 120mm fan but it will not fit if your 4 pin mb connector is near top left since no space. I'm working on mounting spacers to the outside of the grill to be able to fit one. The included fan is on a mounting plate that fits on the 120mm fan holes. But I want my quiet fan. This is old school design, sharp edges and all.

Overall Review: I had the micro-atx version of this case that I liked and gave to me mum.

Nice size and easy for simple build

Diablotek CPA-0170 Black SGCC Steel Diamond ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 400W Power Supply
Diablotek CPA-0170 Black SGCC Steel Diamond ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 400W Power Supply

Pros: It was quite easy to work with, for a simple dual core, ssd plus burner set-up with no gfx card. Used the corsair 430 ps from the egg and managed to tuck all cables away nicely for a new Win 7 machine for mom. It has thin metal but it doesn't seem to affect the acoustic much at all. Probably worse quality than old Apex case I used to use but not much this cute of size around without going expensive cube. It boots in 5 seconds and mom will like it.

Cons: Maybe priced a bit higher here than elsewhere. Speaker connector didn't work on a 1050 board because pins are different.

Overall Review: This was sourced locally after I got all my parts for a new build from the egg and it was a bit cheaper locally.

Excellet value and build quality

MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card N460GTX Hawk
MSI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card N460GTX Hawk

Pros: *Excellent cooling at 27C idle *Noticeably quieter than a different brand EE model *Well constructed, solid, fanhousing is metal not plastic *Nicely packaged in a foam insert and connectors have covers on them. *Great value with rebate and 2 games

Cons: None

Overall Review: Upgrade from a 260 GTX 216 which is a very quiet card. Although the 2 fans here do get a bit louder it's very close. I was going to wait for the 560 but couldn't resist. Averaging 56 fps in BFBC2, vsync on, high, 8 csaa, 19 x 12

Performance ok, noise terrible...

EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card 01G-P3-1371-TR
EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card 01G-P3-1371-TR

Pros: DX 11 looks nice in BFBC2, smoothes out the game alot. Better idle consumption than last card (260gtx) Cool after gaming, around 52 C. Around the size of my old evga 8800GTS so smaller than 260. Win Experience gaming, 7.6 up from 7.2

Cons: The fan is terrible and I'm trying to rma. It sounds defective. My 260 I never heard. This thing sounds like a radio control plane once gaming kicks in. And it throttles way too much during gaming or even on deskstop at 30%. Running windows experience was extremely loud.

Overall Review: It seemed like a good deal but those used to quiet cards are probably better off sticking to a bigger center fan.

Pros: Esxi 4.0 installed smoothly Great value with this cpu: 4 cores with HT Compact solidly built Relatively quiet Nice little manual

Cons: none at this level although memory upgrades will price this closer to more full featured servers.

Overall Review: Had this for a while, finally got around to installing esxi and then ms server 2008. Seems nice and stable so far. Going to test out other vms and apps, should be fun.
