Makes liquid-cooling on GPU's (almost) easy
Pros: I got this and a Zalman LQ-310 because my top GPU would idle about 5C hotter than the lower one, and it only got worse as the temps increased. Now the top Idles at least 5C cooler. I'm so satisfied that I have already ordered a second bracket and a different cooler (the Zalman has some pump noise when mounted horizontally) for my other card.
Cons: The only difficult part of my installation process was removing the stock cooling from my Nvidia-built GeForce GTX 770, (it had about 40 screws holding it together) but that isn't NZXT's fault so it still gets 5 eggs without a doubt. On the plus side, I was able pull out the sweet green LED that was in the original cooler and stick it to the outside of the NZXT bracket with the spacer pads that came with the Zalman.
Overall Review: Just observe your video card and consider how hard it will be to remove the stock cooling before you commit. I wouldn't be surprised if there were cards that took a considerable amount of time and effort to get the thing off. Also: Make sure you have at least a small specialty bit set before you start. There were 3 or 4 different kinds/sizes of screws in my stock cooler.
Works great, but only put on a CPU in silent systems
Pros: I got this cooler and the NZXT bracket to cool my top graphics card that would idle 5C hotter than the one under it. It works better than I had hoped, now the top card stays at least 5C cooler than the one under it.
Cons: The only (very minor) issue is that when it is mounted horizontally like I did there is a small amount of pump noise. Just enough to hear it when sitting next to the tower.
Overall Review: I would like to give a half-egg off, but Newegg doesn't work like that and its just as much my fault as Zelman's, so they get the full 5, especially for $46 after the mail-in rebate.
