XFX Is Better Than EVGA

Pros: I purchased this videocard after discovering that XFX was building ATI videocards. A build for a friend demanded nVidia, and since the customer is ALWAYS right I installed a 9600GT with 1GB from EVGA into their machine. It scored a 106, 110 in AQUAMARK 3! Astounding, I thought. For the same money this card in the same setup scored a 119, 959 in AQUAMARK 3! Same amount of money for both cards and a measurable difference!
Cons: I didn't buy two OR a 4870!
Overall Review: I know that the AQUAMARK 3 is an old benchmark but it is available and works. Make sure that you have a decent PSU and enjoy the card!
Poor Reliability

Pros: This motherboard is great as a stopgap measure. But when AsRock dropped to a 1 year warranty I knew that there was something wrong. If you purchase please plan on upgrading before the warranty runs out! I have had two of these die on my customers and I have lost a customer due to this. I will never purchase another AsRock motherboard again!
Cons: Short term use only!
Minimum space with Maximum Potential

Pros: Compact size with all of the necessities to a focused build for gamers on a budget.
Cons: Be careful and plan out the assembly order for installing components and you will avoid a lot of frustration!
Overall Review: I recommend this motherboard and I plan to purchase another for my 3200G!
Snappy performance and great for gaming use!

Pros: Easy and smooth installation
Cons: I hope that AMD would grace this CPU with a Wraith cooler as a badge of recognition.
Overall Review: I highly recommend this CPU for gamers on a budget that do a little multi-tasking on the side!
AsRock 990EX Extreme9

Pros: This motherboard is paired with an FX-8350 and 16GBs of Kingston Hyper X 1866 RAM. I had to replace a two-year-old Asus M5A97 that was failing in several ways...USB, LAN, and errors written to the hard drive. I am EXTREMEly pleased with this motherboard as it now allows my CPU to run without any kind of throttling and NO BSODs!
Cons: I am getting an A2 error code BUT it still boots faster than my ASUS ever thought to boot! I plan to follow up on reseating my videocard(an XFX 6950 2GB) and disconnecting a Seagate 3TB external drive connected via USB 3.0. i shall post a second review after checking these two possible solutions.
Overall Review: I had left AsRock motherboards behind back in 2010 because they had dropped their warranty to just 1 YEAR! That made me think that their reliability was gone! I hope that this motherboard proves to be reliable.
Great CPU Fan!

Pros: This fan is attached to my tower CPU cooler and it works great. It is quiet and effective! My motherboard has been giving me problems and would report a CPU fan failure on an irritatingly consistent basis. With one glance through the side window of my Phantom case I can immediately tell that the motherboard is lying to me. A new motherboard is on it's way.
Cons: NONE!
