Good drive overall

Hitachi GST Deskstar H3IK20003272SP (0S02861) 2TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Retail
Hitachi GST Deskstar H3IK20003272SP (0S02861) 2TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Retail

Pros: I put this drive into an external enclosure to use for back ups/transfers. Works well, it's pretty fast via eSATA.

Cons: This thing is LOUD. Maybe it's just the fact that I have it external so i hear it more, but when it is thrashing it sounds like someone is shaking a metal box full of marbles. I owned a lot of IBM drives back in the day, before Hitachi bought out their drive unit. They were crazy loud too, I guess I hoped Hitachi would have been able to make them quiet by now.

Overall Review: Good, cheap drive with decent transfer rates, I wouldn't use it for an external enclosure if you are concerned about sound though!

Most Critical Review

Works great for about 2 months.

SAPPHIRE 100924 Active DisplayPort to DVI-I Adapter
SAPPHIRE 100924 Active DisplayPort to DVI-I Adapter

Pros: Worked fine in my 3 monitor Eyefinity setup on a reference PowerColor 6850.

Cons: The first adapter I bought from Newegg started causing problems after about 2 months. At first I thought it was my video card, because whenever it went into 3D mode I would hear the Windows "hardware disconnect" sound and the third monitor connected via this adapter would lose the signal. After replacing the card, turns out it's the adapter after all. Sapphire replaced it with a new one, after being without a functioning third monitor for about 2 weeks. Now the replacement is doing the same thing. Every time I start up a game, the Windows hardware disconnect sound plays, the game window bounces around between monitors continually. Obviously this is a cheaply made adapter that only works long enough to get it out of the warranty period. I'm researching better adapters to use with Eyefinity, this one is going in the garbage.

Overall Review: Sapphire support was fine, they honored the warranty but it took a long time to get the replacement.

Sony PULSE Wireless Stereo Headset - Elite Edition for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PS Vita
Sony PULSE Wireless Stereo Headset - Elite Edition for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PS Vita

Pros: Range/reception is great, if you're in line of sight it's about 30 feet. Lasts about 4 hours on a full charge. Bassimpact is a cool effect. Mic comes through clear and headset function works flawlessly.

Cons: Not the most comfortable, my ears ache after several hours of wearing them. Great for gaming but sound quality suffers for music.

Overall Review: Worth the money.

Great sound from tiny speakers

Logitech X-540 70 watts 5.1 Speakers
Logitech X-540 70 watts 5.1 Speakers

Pros: The sound quality is very good considering the price. A solid entry-level 5.1 system. I also like the fact I can plug my headphones into the volume controller.

Cons: The speakers look and feel cheap, they're light, but still do a great job. My only real complaint is about the subwoofer, it's pretty muddled and not crisp sounding at all. Still, it works fine for playing music on a computer

Wow.. two for one?

Memorex - Air Duster 2 Pack (Unscented)
Memorex - Air Duster 2 Pack (Unscented)

Pros: These cans are great... Cleaned out an entire (very) dusty case and barely used half of the air in one can. One can of lesser quality canned air at the corner store costs about as much as two off Newegg!

Cons: None I can think of.

Overall Review: Cheap, good product, fast shipping... Thanks Newegg!

Disappointing but appropriate for the price.

NETGEAR WN111-100NAR RangeMax Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11n Draft USB 2.0 Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates
NETGEAR WN111-100NAR RangeMax Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11n Draft USB 2.0 Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates

Pros: It's N spec and cheap.

Cons: Pretty terrible form factor if you're putting it in the back of your case. Will cover up two USB ports, so I was forced to move it to the front (-1 egg). Reception is pretty terrible. My wireless base station is downstairs and my office is upstairs, it wasn't a problem for my old G-spec PCI card, but this USB dongle often drops reception and also often lags (-1 egg).

Overall Review: I would only get this if your rig and base station are on the same floor or you aren't spanning great distances with it, and if you have an extra USB port to spare.
