Perfect for FOF
Pros: Small. Inexpensive. XP SP3 didn't require driver disk. Used it to connect to Wii controller. Was playing FOF with a Wii guitar and Glovepie within 10 minutes of opeing the package.
Cons: You're gonna lose this thing if you carry it around. It's really small.
Overall Review: Got this for the sole purpose of playing FOF with the Wii guitar. Worked perfectly. Sorry for the previous review. It Was for a different product.
Great for PS3 Controllers
Pros: Price. Length allowed us to charge PS3 controllers while we played.
Cons: None
Almost Perfect
Pros: Every connection I could want (Ethernet, Wireless N, USB, ESATA, several flash card formats). 1080p to my 65" HDTV. Even had decent streaming through wireless-g. Worked great on ISO files with menu support. Cheaper and better media extender than XBOX or PS3.
Cons: No way to do a file search. Limited indexes on album/date/artist for music and pictures. The remote has no DVD menu button. This stinks because the only DVD menu access you have is when the ISO first loads, or when the movie or other feature finishes.
Overall Review: I have this unit connected wirelessly to a router 1 floor and 2 rooms away and have not had any of the stuttering problems other reviewers are claiming. I also did not have problems with it reading Video_ts contents as a regular dvd as others have stated.
4GB DDR3 with no problems
Pros: Inexpensive Plugged them into my MB and they worked 6.2 on Windows 7 Experience Index gold heatsinks look great in windowed case
Cons: only 1066 speed
Overall Review: Bought these as part of a combo with an ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO Motherboard. I did not experience any of the problems I've read in other reviews with their MB's not recognizing these and requiring setting the timing manually.
Couldn't ask for much more
Pros: Great value at this price point. Solid steel construction. Great ventilation. Tool-free drive installation. An acrylic windows that doesn't feel like it's going to crack if you breathe wrong on it. Fold-out motherboard tray. Feels like a much more expensive case.
Cons: Not enough to remove an egg, but the cables from the included power supply can't reach the motherboard tray when folded out. Then again...if they were longer, where would you put all that stuff and make it look good once it's closed up.
Overall Review: Didn't have issues with fan noise, front door magnets, or LED's like I've seen in other reviews.
Even I couldn't goof it up
Pros: Best quality wireless setup I've used at this price point. The keyboards curve isn't too exaggerated and even has a padded wrist-guard. The mouse isn't one of the cheap ones companies try to cut cost with either.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Bought this for my wife's new build. She hates cables. This is the first wireless keyboard she's liked.
