Pros: Ok so the machine runs fantastic. -12th gen i7 and a 3070 run everything without any issue and the thermals on this machine with the cooling system they installed is fantastic. -I upgraded the ram and have a total of 8TB of SSD's installed on it all of which was easy.

Cons: - The 3070 that came in the machine was DOA and the actual board was bent. It was packed well with shaped foam but with the size of todays GPU's I'm not overly shocked that it happened and I don't really fault Newegg as they did everything they could to prevent it. I do wish they offered the ability to have the GPU shipped in its own box for you to install but I understand that would have its own issues. When contacting support and explaining the situation and that I had already troubleshot it with a 3060 out of another machine I had here they didn't make me jump through the usual hoops that tech support does of making me repeat the process. They just processed a return for just the GPU and had me send it back and they shipped me out a new one before they had even received the old one. Can't ask for better then that. My only other complaint would be the wiring job. The RGB on the TT cooler wasn't working and when I saw the rats nest of a job they did wiring everything I didn't bother to try and fix it. RGB isn't really important to me so I didn't care.

Overall Review: Would fully recommend this to anyone looking for a prebuilt.

Pros: Works fast, great to have the hot swap system.

Cons: Only downside is the first one I ordered got lost in shipping, Newegg made it right tho and got me a new one as soon as they processed the claim.

Overall Review: Again, I am very happy with Newegg making it right. I was super worried that after having one literally vanish mid - shipping that it would be a uphill battle to either get a replacement or my money back. Newegg made it right, and while it may of taking a while for the claim to be processed, in the end I did get my machine.

Pros: Quiet, Powerful, Small form factor

Cons: Storage drive wasn't initialized but it really only takes a few minutes to get that done. Just a odd oversight. Bigger deal for someone who doesn't know how to do that.

Overall Review: I have to say, as far as pre-builts go this is about as good as its going to get. Great thermals as far as I can tell so far, destroys anything I throw at it and running the OS off a NVMe SSD is such a breath of fresh air.
