Decent Motherboard
Pros: Overall, a solidly build motherboard that was easy enough for a first time builder to navigate. I chose the MoBo in part based on the USB 3.0 support, and I'm happy that it offers a ton of other connections. It was easy to install, and is compatible with a Cooler Master V8.
Cons: The included software - my experience is similar to other reviews. Some of it was DOA and required immediate updating, and some of it appears to be still not operating properly. EasyTune is a good concept but the execution is poor.
Solid, attractive case
Pros: Looks even better in person - its smooth, monolithic front and under-case lighting are a nice presentation for any build. The drive bay door gives a more finished appearance. The case was easy to work with, but I ended up leaving out the middle bar. With a fan moved in front of the drive bay, and a Cooler Master V8, my rig still runs fairly cool. Plenty of room for cable management. Outstanding value for the money.
Cons: Could have enabled the front Firewire port.
Overall Review: Mine arrived in good shape, but there was some damage evident on the box. Shipping in the original box is risky.
Beautiful Memory Sticks
Pros: No problems with the memory at all. These sticks perform very well, and are easy for a novice to overclock with the settings provided by the manufacturer (see the other reviews or the web). The heat sinks look great in the box.
Cons: None.
Blue Cable
Pros: What's to say? It's blue, it's a cable. The latches are nice
Cons: None.
Smooth
Pros: For a casual gamer like myself, this is an ideal card from a price/performance perspective. It can keep up with anything I throw at it, and renders beautifully.
Cons: Fan on high can be somewhat noisy, which can be resolved by tuning with Catalyst Control Center. Monitor has locked up a few times, but not to the extent that some reviewers describe.
High quality power supply
Pros: Everything about the power supply was very high quality, from the packaging, to the cables, to the performance. More than enough connectors for everything that you'll need to power.
Cons: Modular cables would have been better. The filpside to lots of connectors is lots of cables to manage. It's doable with a little extra space in the case, though.
