Better than expected

KDS K-2626mdhwb 26" WUXGA 1920 x 1200 D-Sub, DVI, HDMI Built-in Speakers LCD Monitor
KDS K-2626mdhwb 26" WUXGA 1920 x 1200 D-Sub, DVI, HDMI Built-in Speakers LCD Monitor

Pros: Wonderful monitor. I do tons of software development for school and job and I can have SQL Manager open with Visual Studio side by side and never miss a beat. I used to have dual 19'' setup - no more. No need. It came with all of the cables. Colors are great. I don't watch movies on it or play many games, so the whole black level thing is lost on me. Get it, if you can, instead of settling for a 24".

Cons: I'm too happy with it. I go to my 17" at work and I'm depressed.

Amazing monitor for work. Still need to test out for gaming.

Pros: - Tons of screen real estate. I've got Visual Studio running side by side with SQL Management Studio one one monitor and have all the space I need. - The blacks are rich enough for me. No noticeable light bleeding from the corners. - If I use it for gaming, I'm sure the freesync will make things nice and smooth, but have yet to test.

Cons: - The VESA mount is on the top versus the middle, so a little odd at first, but worked out well for me. I could see this as a deal breaker for some.

Overall Review: - I got this for 350 last year and finally set it up nearly 6 months later. I love it and is better than I had hoped.
