FANTASTIC 4K MONITOR AT AN UNBEATABLE PRICE
Pros: Easy assembly with a slim, solid metal stand supplied. Lots of inputs (3 HDMI, 1 DP), audio out so that you can use high quality external speakers, bright display.
Cons: No built-in speakers, but I use large external speakers so this wasn't an issue, No software supplied for easy split-screen multi-display use from the same input which means you have to rely on Windows to snap your dragged screens into place or use 3rd party software.
Overall Review: My only concern when it came to ordering this display was that the price seemed too good to be true compared to other similar models. I'm glad I bought it. Delivery was extremely fast, the monitor was easy to assemble out of the box to the desktop stand (you can mount it on a wall if you wish). The display is sharp and bright as you would expect. There were no damaged pixels. I've been using it for work and gaming at maximum resolution on my Nvidia GeForce GTX970 card. World of Warcraft, X-Com, Civilization VI, etc all look fantastic. For business, I was able to get rid of my second monitor from my desk and just use this one to keep email, Excel, Skype and other windows available at the same time. I've had it for over 3 months with no issues. I highly recommend it. This was an incentivized review
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
Cons: Corrupts files. Freezes. Doesn't work.
Overall Review: The price for the 15TB drive seemed to be too good to be true, and it was. The transfer speed is around 39MB/s which didn't bother me as I just wanted a large back-up drive. However, as an exFAT drive it would disconnect before you could transfer 1TB to it. As a NTFS drive it would allow you to transfer files, but all of the files after around 1TB were corrupted and wouldn't open (you only find this out when you try and open them). I've deleted the partition, reinstalled it, etc. Nothing works. Any attempt to check the drive for errors also fails.
POWERFUL LAPTOP FOR A GREAT PRICE
Pros: Solid build. Fast CPU and GPU. Great price for the specs. Space for a second internal M3 drive.
Cons: Access to the drive and memory slots requires removing then entire base plate. The numeric keys are smaller than the other keys which might be annoying for those using it for business.
Overall Review: I bought this to replace an old ASUS ROG laptop that I've had for over a decade. I also bought an additional M2 PCIe 2TD drive to install as a 2nd storage drive (do not get a SATA3 stick - it will fit, but the BIOS will not detect it). The machine itself feels solid and when I benchmarked it, it gives my ASUS ROG desktop a run for its money. My only gripe is what you have to go through to add the 2nd drive. On my old laptop you removed 1 screw and a small plate came off to give you access to the drive bays and the memory slots. On this, you have to remove all 12 screws on the bottom and then use a piece of thin plastic (starting at the bottom right corner) to remove the entire base plate (worrying stuff when you've only just bought it). At least it clips back tother easily.
BARGAIN PRICE
Pros: Cheap price compared to other similar items.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I bought this to add as a second internal drive to my ASUS TUF Gaming F17 Gaming Laptop. Works perfectly (just remember to initialize it in the Windows disk manager and quick format it).
EXTREMELY LIGHT EXTERNAL HD
Pros: Light as a feather. Removable connection cable so that it doesn't get bent/damaged in your bag. Great price.
Overall Review: I bought this for work so that I could easily take data from home to my office or on business trips. It has been kicked around by airline baggage handlers for over six months and is still working perfectly.
ITEM IS USELESS
Sold a 15TB USB drive that crashes and corrupts files after less than 1TB of data transfer. After checking other review for the same item, this is a consistent problem. Item is not fit for purpose or as advertised.
