My E1200 router was DOA
Pros: Not sure - never worked!

Avoid this seller
Ordered two NEW hard drives on 12/16, estimated delivery 6 - 10 days. No package by 12/26, and shipping status had not changed in over a week -- "USPS awaiting item." Reached out to EOL Tech via Newegg marketplace vendor email system. They replied back next day saying they would ship again and send me a notification. Never heard from them again, even after reaching back out to them. Opened a claim with Newegg on 12/28. Did not hear from them for three days. Called Newegg on 12/31 -- told them at this point I would just prefer they cancel the order and process a refund. They said they opened an internal ticket to the marketplace team, I should get an email from them within 2 - 3 business days. Didn't receive anything for a week. Called Newegg again, inquiring on the ticket. They said the package was showing as out for delivery with the USPS. I asked why, when I requested the order to be cancelled. They did not see a record of that request in the ticket! I did receive the package on 1/7, even after asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Package shows as 2-day shipment, shipped out on Friday, 1/4! Considered keeping the hard drives as spares, so opened the box. The anti-static bags were NOT factory sealed -- the seller didn't even bother to make sure when they repackaged them to get the seal completely closed -- pretty certain that these are NOT new drives as advertised. Submitting for a refund -- we'll see how that goes!

Order for hard drives was placed 12/16. Reached out to vendor 12/26 via Newegg Marketplace email system. Vendor replied back on 12/27 saying they would reship, but even after requesting it, haven't received any reship notification.
