A KIA on Steriods...

Pros: Great price of an x58 MB. Not a porsche, so keep things in perspective and do yer research. I haven't had any issues with this board. I've been using it for over a month now. No problems with the on board Realtek LAN adapter. I started with a clean install of Win7 Ultimate and everthing is working as designed. Many options in the BIOS to get that Core i7 920 at full potential. Currently, I'm running a Core i7 920 @ 3.2 GHz with a KingWin aftermarket heatsink and fan. Temps are around 41c idle and 61c load. I had problems initially with OCZ memory, but switched to G.Skill and now everything is smooth as butter. MB temps are a little high, but I perfer a quite case and don't like a lot of fan noise. I can live with that. No much gaming here, just ripping video and media from time to time. asROCK ON!
Cons: None as of yet. Subject to change without notice :) This board seems to be picky about memory. Might want to verify approved memory on ASROCK web site or take a chance like I did intially.

Strike Two Was Enough For Me!

Pros: None.
Cons: This is my second kit, after I returned the first kit to Newegg because of one faulty module. The second kit had a faulty module as well. I used very relaxed timings: I tested each module individually in slot DDR3_A1, as the Manual recommends for a single DIMM. Module one was tested continuously for 24 hours using HCI Memtest with no reported errors. Module one was removed and replaced with module two. Module two was tested for 24 continuous hours with no reported errors. Module two was removed and replaced with module three. Module three was tested for about five minutes and Memtest started reporting errors. Stopped Memtest and started using basic programs which resulted in blue screens and program error messages. Modules one and two were tested again immediately afterwards using the exact same steps listed above with no reported errors and no program error messages. I also tested each stick individually using Memtest86+ with favorable results from only two of the three modules.
Overall Review: See my previous review dated below on 10/7/2009. I no longer have memory issues and my new build works as designed. I tried to resolve my issues with OCZ tech support with unfavorable results. I find it ironic that the manufacturer post such helpful responses on Newegg's review board. Nice Upgrade

Pros: A highly touted mouse and for a good reason. Feels good in my hand and is very versatile. Glides smoothly. Accurate and much more sensitive than my previous optical mouse. The egg delivered it in two days with free shipping to boot.....nice.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Previous generation mouse. Software and mouse work as designed with WIN 7 Ultimate 64. Better get one and put it on the shelf before they all sell out.
One out of three ain't good!

Pros: Good Price. Worked at advertised speed and voltage, with the exception of the cons listed below.
Cons: One of the sticks was bad. Not overclocked (1066) during burn-in of new system. Occasional Window freezes and BOSD with Vista Ultimate x64. Detected memory problem during burn-in; Prime 95, SiSoft and memtest. Tested each stick individually to isolate the bad module.
Overall Review: Been without my new build for over a week while allowing the "process" to materialize. OCZ tech support was slow to respond, so I just dealt with the Eggsperts at NewEgg. My RMA was processed immediately. Love me some NewEgg!
