Works well for Elden Ring Linux/Steam
Overall Review: Bought this specifically for the kids to play Elden Ring. My PC is mostly used for work related functions, so is running Ubuntu 22.04. This works flawlessly with my Linux/Steam setup.
loud
Pros: none
Cons: fan is too loud. ended up having to remove/replace it.
overall good
Pros: Tempered glass is nicely done. Front panel buttons/ports are clean looking. Cable management is nice.
Cons: Only a couple minor issues. With my power supply it was a bit difficult to get the power connector attached. The connector ended up in the upper part of the case, so it was really tight to get my hands into that space. Had some difficulty putting in the last screw to mount the motherboard. Again, screw was in the upper part of the case, so it was very hard to reach. My last case (18yo full aluminum ABS case) had a removable motherboard tray, which was really nice. A removable tray would have made this case nearly perfect.
Overall Review: Overall good. Lots of room, lots of venting. I had an extra Noctua case fan, so used it rather than the stock ones.
quiet
Overall Review: I am a big fan of having a quiet workspace, and I've always had good luck with Noctua both in terms of reliability and noise level. No exception here. It is so quiet that I had to stick my hand next to the fan to make sure it was actually running.
Comfortable
Pros: So far so good. Ordered a pair of these as primary mouse for our work-from-home setup. Takes a minute to get used to, but after that it is quite comfortable. Size is comparable to a standard mouse, so it is easy to adapt to the new setup. I'm basically using this as a standard 2-button mouse and don't actually use the 2 thumb buttons. I actually appreciate that this isn't a bluetooth device since it pretty much makes the mouse plug and play.
Cons: none
excellent ps
Pros: Completely silent (obviously), and runs very cool. Used to build a home NAS using a fanless atom mb and a lian li micro atx case. I have a single case fan to cool the entire setup, and after running full time for weeks I can touch the PS and it is barely warm. Going to buy a second for my workstation.
Cons: none so far
