Pros: Replaced a cheap adapter for my wife's car that kept working its way out of the socket. This one has had no issues and is rock solid. Very low profile when not in use.

Cons: Although I consider it a pro, the low profile can make it difficult to remove from some sockets. There is a very small lip to pull on, but it requires the use of your fingernails.

Pros: Excellent airflow, solid construction, attractive miminalist design

Cons: Cable management is lacking - could use some holes in the motherboard tray, but can be fixed easily with a drill/dremel

Overall Review: For the price, this case is hard to beat, especially if you aren't into the windows and LEDs lighting up your room. Airflow was very important, and it can be very loud, but with less obstruction means you can runs fans lower and quieter. Finish seems fairly durable (except the front plastic cover). Not tool-less, but thumb screws for a lot of hard drives are included.
