Pros: Easy installation, impressive improvement over stock integrated graphics on flight simulators such as Combat Flight Simulator 2 third party aircraft and amazing difference on Silent Hunter graphics.
Cons: None. Running a little warm to the touch, but as I'm not demanding screaming performance thought a fan-less card would be OK.

Pros: A basic workhorse motherboard.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Overall Review: Tired of paying for a whole computer when a critical part failed, I decided to build my own. After much searching decided on this one to host an Intel 8500 processor. Installation went off without a hitch. Good instructions. Did not contact customer service so no experience there.
Pros: Met my needs. Good construction.
Cons: Long distance from drive bays to far side of the motherboard.
Overall Review: I was building my first and wanted the most room for anything I may want to add. The removable hard drive bays were needed to allow me to mount the two hard drives without interfering with the memory cards. The three front accessible bays are at the far right side opposite the power supply in the back, but a good 12 inches from the far side of the motherboard... OK for now but may be a problem when I add more front accessible drives. Overall a good case, especially for the money.
