First Impressions
Pros: The computer is fast, with a short boot up time despite the lack of an SSD. The display is crystal clear, which is great considering I was downsizing from a 17.3 inch one. It runs relatively quietly while rendering video from a live stream. Despite the description saying it weighs 10lbs, it feels surprisingly light. I haven't done any heavy duty gaming on it yet, but overall my first impressions of the system are really positive.
Cons: The lid has a glossy plastic type material that looks both somewhat fragile and easy to smudge. The system came with an error that prevented it from being immediately used. It was a BEX error that was remedied with a Windows update. It's relatively minor, but its solution might confuse a not savvy individual. The headphone jack has a strange resistance that requires a good push to get the whole connector in. It made me feel like I was breaking it, but I wasn't.
Overall Review: The cons are merely cosmetic. I am super happy with it currently, and it runs great!
