+very low latency -squeeky -paint wears off easy
Pros: The keys register virtually instantly/ There is a noticeable difference in response time from pressing a key and registering an action, which is a huge plus for gaming.
Cons: Some of the keys are a little bit 'squeeky', and the paint has worn off quite a bit already with barely any use. The keys also feel slightly 'loose' in their positions, like they are not completely solid.
Overall Review: If you don't mind the paint wearing off and some squeeky keys, it's a great keyboard with very low response time.
doesn't support "What U Hear", yuck!
Pros: Sound quality is excellent, supports EAX effects etc.
Cons: Doesn't support "What U Hear" recording, YUCK! The only reason I bought a new card is for "What U Hear" recording and "Line IN" for my guitar, and turns out this card doesn't support what u hear!
Overall Review: A good soundcard for a decent price, but don't buy it if you plan on doing "what u hear" recording.
cmon it's Starcraft 2!
Pros: Blizzard makes great games and Starcraft 2 is no exception. The game feels polished and complete, and there is already a large competitive scene around the world.
Cons: The competition is really hardcore, so it can be a bit intimidating playing ladder games, although there are plenty of custom games :)
ultra cheap, ultra reliable brand
Pros: Huge, fast, affordable, I have always stuck with Western Digital.
Cons: N/A
Perfect!
Pros: Excellent color and contrast, and 120hz refresh rate with a 2ms response time feels incredibly smooth! The box came with DVI, HDMI, and standard VGA cables which is nice. (120hz refresh rate works with the HDMI cable, not the DVI, so keep that in mind)
Cons: The monitor stand doesn't allow pivoting left and right, only tilting back and forward, and the 'legs' of the stand stick out a few inches in front of the screen. As a gamer with a large mouse pad, I had to set the monitor back further on my desk because of that, but it wasn't too big of an issue for me.
Overall Review: I always perceived Acer as a 'second tier' brand, under giants like Viewsonic or Samsung, but I am extremely impressed with this monitor. I'll be recommending Acer LCD's for sure.
