Yes, mine came with a battery, charger, and strap - perhaps more (e.g., USB cable) but it's been a little too long since I purchased mine to say for sure.

I personally did not buy my Nikon D750 on Newegg.  But I can say when I bought mine, it came with battery and charger.  Hope this helped.  Good luck with your adventures with a nice camera.
