Where is the IPMI management port? I see it has DUAL LAN, is one for IPMI function?

If you are using hardware raid, which card are you using? While you are at it, share your specs (Memory, cpu, case and what are you using the mobo for, etc.)

My setup is as follows:

RAID Card:
LSI MegaRAID SATA/SAS 9260-8i RAID card. With two arrays. One RAID-10 and another RAID-1.

RAM 24GB:

Case/PSUs:
SUPERMICRO SuperChassis CSE-745TQ-R800B Black 4U Rackmount Server Chassis (Amazing case! Love these. I've purchased 3 in the past 6 months)

As for the IPMI function, I couldn't tell you. Haven't used it yet.

This board is being used because it is compatible with VMware ESXI 5.5. I'm running all sorts of servers on top of the ESXI host. Domain controllers, terminal services, file servers, etc. So far it's a great board.

Question 2

Will this card fully support an Intel SSD 750 series, the 1.2 GB PCIe 3.0 hard drives? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820167297 I want to know if I will get the advertised read/write speeds, or will this MB limit me. Thanks.

I have not tested this myself.  I can verify that though the motherboard was produced earlier, the PCIe 3.0 port is fully compatible with the PCIe 3.0 SSD connector.  Keep in mind the motherboard is for a server build and the Intel 750 SSD is not exactly a consumer product.  Your network will more likely be your limiting factor.  For a storage server for a company of 50 to 500 employees, I use an SSD with V-NAND, usually Samsung, for the primary drive with a RAID controller and WD Red drives at RAID 5.

No that I can tell. Looks like you may need a sound card.

Is anybody using this without a separate graphics card? It has integrated graphics, and I intend to use it with a Xeon E3-1265L V3 processor.

I'm am currently using this board without a separate graphics card. I'm using it with a Xeon E3-1231V3 though. It's my understanding that some new Xeons don't have the GPU on them, so you should check your flavor of Xeon to make sure that it does.

Will this server board support the I7 4790K CPU?

I don't see that CPU listed on Intel's compatibility list for this Motherboard. I tried posting the link to Intel's compatibility page for this board but NewEgg doesn't allow that. Google the motherboards model number and find Intel's compatibility list for this product.

I've never tried that. I only use ECC on a Server.
