It say , 16 SB SD Card Recording, does each camera have its own card and must it be replaced weekly?

While I don't have this particular camera, I do have a few, and every one of them has an SD slot, and every one of them does not need the card replaced unless it breaks
What the do is record to near-full, and then start writing over the oldest recordings. Usually you can download and save video you want to keep on another machine. Some you need to remove the card from the camera.

H0w far is the distance from the wifi router that this unit will still work well, where is this unit made?

100 feet, have them and they are great cameras, no batteries to charge once a month the view is very good,
