Will this docking station allow me to use two monitors on my Dell Latitude E5570 laptop?

absolutely. Doesn't work without it

Can you verify that this dock works with the Latitude E6420 XFR? I'm attempting to mate the two, but the dock doesnt seem to reach the recessed receptor on the XFR

Don't know. It worked with my e6540. Sorry I can't help more than that.
