Will not buy again from this refurbisher 12/23/2019 11:03:17 AM

Pros: Packaging was adequate

Cons: System came with a faulty drive. Smart Log shows 619486304 Seek_Error_Rate. In Pre-fail state. This contributes to a much longer access time to read files. Thus making the drive terribly slow.
Keyboard and mouse provided were faulty, keyboard has missing feets and left raiser. Mouse left-click has to push really hard for the button to register.
BIOS incorrectly configured. Windows 10 is built for UEFI which this computer supports. But was configured in legacy regardless. Turbo Boost was also turned off.
Took over 72H to prepare the order. And did not ship on time.

Overall Review: I would not recommend anyone to buy from this refurbisher for all the cons explained.
Thankfully I already wanted to replace the HDD for a SSD. And was not going to use the provided keyboard and mouse.
