What is wattage for docking power supply?

It uses the same 90 watt dell power supply as the laptops compatible with it.

However. Remember Dell uses a frequency across from the supply to the laptop to reduce 3rd party power supplies from being used. 3rd party power supplies may not work.

Will this work with Dell E4300 ?

No, I'm 90% sure it will not work with this docking station.  If you Google and look at images the E4300 docking station looks quite different .  Though it is possible the pins may line up, even then they may not make proper connection.    Newegg does not seem to carry it, but Discount Electronics online carries them for $40.   I have never used them and can not vouch for their quality of service.

Comparing the picture's pin placement to the port on the bottom of my laptop, I'm almost sure this will work, but it's not listed as compatible. Will this work with the Latitude D530?

Yes, this type of dock does provide power to the notebook while it is on the dock. If you're using multiple accessories, then you'll want to use the 95W power supply and not the smaller 60/65W that it ships with.
