does this have a phono input?

Yes. I have a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon turntable plugged directly into it with RCA cables. I did not need to use a pre-amp.

does the 4k 120hz passthrough work on this? does it come with the adapter that supposedly makes it work?

Does not work for me and it does not come with the adapter. I'm using a 4090, 48Gbps HDMI 2.1 cables, and Gsync enabled. Other devices with passthrough support work fine.
