I heard a review that this case couldn't use any type of SSD's, is this true?

this case will allow you to mount SSDs to the internal drive bays I am using an Intel ssd but i also mounted different SSD but swaped out the SSD in my laptop with the desktop

Does this use Tempered Glass?

The one I bought hade plexiglass, also I had to remove and reinstall the window on the outside of the case side due to a clearance issue with my CPU cooler. So be very careful when putting the side on, and pay special attention to the clearences. Of course alot of that has to do with what components you use.

it takes a standard PSU if you are asking about what wattage it will depend on everything you are putting in the build for instance mine took a 630 watt PSU now if i wanted to upgrade my single GPU to a duel GPU in SLI I would have to upgrade the PSU to an 800 watt or better.

Does anybody have any recommendations on how to remove the front and top panel of the case? I feel like I will break the entire piece. The manual says to move the bezel but I am having the hardest time.

First start with the front panel. Remove the three mini panels from the front panel first. At the bottom of the front panel, there is a gap to grab the panel with your hand. Carefully pull the panel away from the case. Usually, the entire panel pops off in one go. Now, for the top panel. Before you pull out the panel, if you intend to separate the panel completely, you will need to unplug all of the case wires first as they are all connected to the top panel. Once the case wires are disconnected, remove the dust filter by pulling it out from the back of the case first. With the filter removed, now there is another gap to grab the panel with your hand. Grab the top panel from the back and pull the panel up away from the case gently.

where all does this case have fans and vents? so far it looks like it has vents on the same side as the only fan. wouldn't that reduce the cooling capability?

Where you see the blue fans on the front, it is pulling air in.  The blue fan in the back is pulling the air out.  There are vents in the top as hot air rises.    Lastly, the fan on the my power supply pulls cool air from the bottom and pulls it out into the case cavity.  There are rear vents letting air out and bottom vents letting cool air in.  For the most part, air flow is very straight forward but do recommend you clean the vents every 6 months or so depending on where you have the desktop.  There is a removable air vent filter on the bottom to clean so do not forget it.  I have never had a heat problem with my desktop due to great air flow but do not overclock nor have extra items in the way.  There is a fan on my radiator processor that blows air toward the back vents.  Hope this helps.

I bought this case but I found that it does not have a manual on how to connect the fans could you tell me where I can find it?

Nice case. I had to manually set up the fans. unfortunately I couldnt find a manual either. I bought the Corsair RM850x and it had enough connections to do all the fans and the water cooled H115i pro with duel fans. You will probably have to use a spare 4 or 6 pin with a jumper. Hook up the main things first and find out what is a spare. You will be fine.

My ATX type motherboard has a 1155 socket. Will that work with this case? Not too sure what I'm doing tbh...

the left panel is clear glass? in the newegg video for it shows it is a covered case and not glass see thru.
