Question 1

Does this comes with PSU? If yes, what is the wattage?

There is a separate compartment in the bottom for the power supply, but there is no stock PSU unit.

I do have my own 750Watt PSU installed so most any PSU will fit, and there is plenty of space for cables behind the backboard.

Question 2

I don't see a place for hard drives. Am I missing something?

it does have a tray for up to 3 3.5" hard drives.
you can even mount 3.5" hard drives into the 5.25" slots on top effectively giving you space for up to 6 hard drives if you decide not to install a cd, dvd, or blueray drive.
also has 2 spots for 2.5" laptop hard drives or SSDs.

if you are on a tight budget, i really recommend this case. very easy to work on, and pretty good airflow.

also it comes with 5 x 120mm fans built-in. so no need to spend on any additional fans.

Question 3

does it support 12" x 13" (full E-ATX/SSI EEB) motherboard?

I don't see why it wouldn't.  I have a 7.6 x 9.6 micro board in it with room and mounting points beyond what I use.  12 x 13 would fit in nicely given the wire management and discreet drive (HDD and SSD) slots of the case.  As long as you mind the + and - when attaching the LED lights to your board, you shouldn't have a problem.  I highly recommend this product.

How much power does this case use?

It doesn't have any specific requirements, it has a ton if fans and lighting so  I would recommend buying a nice brand name power supply w at least an 80 plus bronze certification.

Question 5

How is the card reader powered?  Mine isn't working...

Follow the wires coming out of it and ensure all plugs are connected to motherboard and/or power supply connectors.

Question 6

If I get an MSI H110M GRENADE for this case, wil I be able to use the three extra support holes that the board has or will I be better off getting a smaller mATX board like the H110M Gaming?

Question 7

can this case fit a noctua nh d-14? I know it says it supports cpu coolers up to 160mm but someone said their hyper 212 evo barely fit, which is a bit smaller than the d-14.

The Noctua nH D-14 may not fit.  This case is nice looking but it is slim, We put in a Hyper 212 also and your source was right it barely fit.  I would go with water cooling if you go with this case.
