All cases that you buy come with fans for cooling but not other type cooling units. Buying a CPU will come with its own stock fan but normally it's pretty crappy so I recommend getting a different cooling unit for your CPU.

Is this the PC itself or just the case?

This is the Case with a few connection wires and fans built in, the rest of the computer components are sold seperately

why does it have screws will i have to assemble it?

No the screws are for the back panels and also motherboard insliation screws standoffs and so on.

Can you remove the fans?

There is a couple fans that cannot be removed due to it being attached to the actual case.The back fan you cna remove and rotate it.

How do I take off the side panels?

there should be thumb screws in the back of the case that hold the side panels on, unscrew them and then slide off the panels.
some cases come with thumbscrews and some come with Philips head screws and you need a screw driver to remove the screws.
but almost all cases have some kind of screw that hold the side panels on, just unscrew them and the they should come off

Is this already built?

The case comes assembled with the fans in place. You will, of course, have to add your own components (motherboard, CPU, PSU, etc.) but the case itself comes ready to go.

Is the side panel fan a intake or exhaust?

I have it set up as an intake, but you can easily choose differently if you want for yourself by just flipping the fan.

what type of psu does this case suppport?

any psu will fit in this case. I installed a full atx psu in there and still have room for the motherboard.

What kind of power supply fits into this case?

standard atx, but the ps is on the bottom of the case so you will need a ps with a 3-4" longer 24pin and 4 pin mb connectors.   Most inexpensive ps leads are too short.  If you have an 8pin mb connector, the ps should have both extended 24/8 pin leads to the mb.
