Can I use this bulb with a traditional dimmer ?
No. Our Smart light bulb could not compatible with dimmers because of the it's built-in dimming mechanism.
Smart Bulb Heating Phenomenon
Energetic Matter Smart Light Bulb have been certified by institutions, bulb heating is a normal phenomenon, but our suggesstion is do not directly touch the heating light bulb with your hands for safety.
Fail to add light?
a.Please confirm that the mobile phone using the App is connected to 2.4GHz WiFi and the controllers is also connected to the same router down.
b.You can try to restart the controller, App or mobile phone.
If The Matter QR Code sticker is worn out or missing.
Do not worry about that ! We have one QR Matter code sticker and one light print which contained QR code on the bulb.
Our suggestion is that customer could keep the photo of it for easy connection.
Could not change to the another smart home systems?
If you want to change smart home systerm (like Alexa to Google), you should remove the light from original systerm first then connect it with new systerm.
