on amd's website it say A58 chipset will work with a4 and a6 apu series..but on the amd chipset wiki it says any will work...i'm thinking of getting an a10 but i don't want to waste money on something that won't work..and i don't want to buy an a4 or a6 and findout i could have gone a10-7850k Keveri..any idea?

If I remember correctly it will work with a Bios update(if Needed) with the newer A10 processors but to be 100% sure I would go to the ECS website and they have a tested CPU list that is pretty current and as these CPU's have been out for a while I am sure you will have your answer. I will say that for a few more dollars you can get a microAXT with a a78 or A85 chipset that has HDMI,USB3 and a more robust set of features. I use mu ECS daily and it has been a very good purchase for a very good price. Hope This helps you out.

This board accommodates CPU with FM2+/FM2 sockets 
FD8320FRHKBOX uses an AM3+ socket, which is entirely different, so the answer is NO, they are no compatible.

The lowest-cost motherboard I have found on Newegg with AM3+ socket is as follows:

ECS A960M-MV(1.0A) AM3+ AMD 760G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

I have used a few ECS motherboards in the past, and have had no complaints. It's a good value for the money.

Only if the CPU is FM2 or FM2+ .  If it is FM1 it will not fit or work on this motherboard
