Does this product come with on-board graphics card?

The motherboard uses the AM1 socket and CPUs of this type have graphics capability built in.  You can use a stand alone video card with it but it is not necessary.

Well this motherboard work with Linux OS or has it been blocked by Microsoft from being installed?

Microsoft has no control over motherboard manufacturers, so yes, besides it being certified by MS to run Win 8,  it will run Linux without any problem, as will just about every motherboard in the PC market place. I used this motherboard for my 80+ year old mother, who only plays (the linux version of) freecell. I can't tell you if it will be fast enough for you, but it's certainly fast enough for her.

Will this board run Windows 10 home/pro 32/64?

i think it would be streching it if it did. i have it running 7 home prem and it does ok but no ball of fire.i have 8 gig of 1333 mem and 5350 quad cpu2.05ghz. i have 10 pro on my main system it has a lot more power. it would prob. run but i feel the preformance would be low.I hope this was some help.

Question 4

This motherboard doesnt have a 4 pin CPU Power connector, will the 24 pin be enough for an Athlon 5350 and a 750ti?
We're talking 25w and 60w max, but im not sure how much wattage a 24 pin can put through.

Yes for the CPU.  In fact a machine built on this motherboard will draw at least 10 watts less than a machine built on other AM3 motherboards.

I believe the video is powered through the 24 pin connector and possibly an extra power plug if required (sorry - I don't have a 750ti).

I have three of these mother boards with 5350s in them, and I am please.  Low power computing at its best.

Does this motherboard use full x16 speed on the PCI Express slot or does it use it @ X4 speed like the rest of the AM1 motherboards out there?

Sadly on 4x, the chipset only supports 4x speed.

Why does this product have 2 DE-9 serial ports? Is this intended for building a low cost system for interfacing with older or specialized commercial components? (Perhaps an old medical CT scan machine for example.)

This motherboard has two serial port connectors (COM1/COM4) and two serial headers (COM2/COM3). I'm planning to build a Linux console server for my Cisco certification rack to access the console ports on the various switches and routers.

you can if your lucky to get a 2.1 mh cpu and 16 gig of ram. If I game I want a faster machine 
so I say "NO"

does this mobo come with onboard graphics? basic enough to run a 24 inch tv or monitor?

This motherboard does NOT have onboard graphics built into it. But it works similarly. It uses the AM1 Series of cpu processors (AMD calls them APU's-Accelerated Processing Unit). The AM1 "APU's" have video processing built into the processor chip. So you might say it has "on-cpu" graphics instead of having "on-board" graphics. Bottom line is, you do not need to have a video card, but you can use one if you want to.
