What is included with the mobo?

It's a bare-bones shipment. I believe it was just 2 SATA cables and a driver CD. I've used gigabyte boards in the past, and they tend to include lots of goodies. I built a Win 8 machine, and the driver CD autorun did not work and there was not a Win 8 folder on the CD. I gave up and went to manufacturer website to check for updated drivers, and some of those installs failed, but mobo appears to work fine, so apparently all the drivers needed must be in Win 8 install.

Not including memory, 50 watts would be a liberal budget. Again, not counting the memory, around 3-4 amps at 5 volts handles USB, north, south, ata controller, etc. 35nM CPU uses much more power than a 22nM CPU, with a 22nM you could run everything but extra video in 150 watts.
