Pros: - Customer service was excellent - Streams flawless video over the internet and to the Xbox for Windows Media Center Playback - Same amount of lag as wired connection - Can be set up as a signal receiver (bridge/extender) or sender (router)
Cons: My computer runs Windows 8.1 and was struggling with AC1200 drivers, so I opted to go the bridge/range extender route. I was trying to set this up initially as a range extender with a hidden 5ghz extended signal, but this wasn't an option. I emailed customer service and they provided me with a workaround that I was able to complete in about 10 minutes.
Overall Review: Judy from customer service was patient with my emails and figured out a a work around for my problem. She provided me easy to follow, step-by-step instructions to get it working. Thanks, Judy!
