On the top of the case is a switch, right behind the power and reset buttons. What does this switch do?

It's a fan speed controller. Whatever fans you connect to it will be controlled by the switch. Pushing it towards the back of the case will put it on the highest setting, toward the front of the case will turn it to the lowest setting, and in the middle it will shut the fans off. It only seems to connect two fans though so I put them on my front two fans which have the brightest lights so I can turn them off when I want to sleep with it on.

How does it look with the black dvd drive in place of the white case?

It doesn't look bad at all, especially if you take into consideration the black fan vent on the front. If you can find a white dvd drive, that would probably look more clean. Otherwise, if you're trying to save some money, the black works.

Are there any dust filters in the front, top, or for the psu?

No filters you have to get your own or make them yourself

Will this case fit a full size ATX Mobo with an Antec closed loop water cooling system? I cant really tell if there is room from the pics and is that a place to mount the system at the top?

IT will fit a full ATX mobo, this case does not support any watercooling at all. Now if you are into modifiying the case and fabrication you can get an h90 on the top of the case..but you will be doing some drilling and be prepared to brake some bits. I broke 3 doing it.
