Question 1

Will this work well with a AMD 9590? I am currently using a corsair H80i and its not cooling the CPU enough

They should actually cool about the same. Your Corsair H80i has faster fans (400 rpm faster). This does cool my i7-4790 overclocked to 4.4ghz. Though the 9590 is a hot beast to begin with, if you've overclocked it, you'll find it even harder to cool. I'd recommend checking the thermal paste first. Then going into the bios to change the fan performance. It will make it louder but might cool better. the H80i GT has corsair link. This just has a switch on the fan to give you faster RPM. Is tubing long enough for front mounted radiator configuration(radiator mounted inside the front part of case)?

Depends on your case, but not generally on a full atx case. Also you would experience other issues, such combined width of fans and radiator not allowing you to put the front face panel back on. I have mine externally mounted to the rear of machine and it performs pretty well. Average of 5-9 degrees cooler (depending on load) connected to a Amd six-core 3.9 ghz fx chip oc'd to 5 ghz stable.

Question 3

2 questions; Can you use customized tubing instead of the tubes that come with it? Do the fans light up in any way?

The fans do not light up. The pump section does light up though. Seeing as this is a sealed system, I would not recommend trying to change out the tubes. They are somewhat flexible and I didn't have any problems getting them where I need them. That being said, I do have a full tower case and room isn't an issue. As I understand it, if you don't get a sealed system (not sure that's an option these days) it would require regular flushing and maintenance.

Question 4

The block is copper, and the radiator is aluminum. Can't this cause corrosion?

Haven't noticed any corrosion in either the radiator or the block itself.  It's been an extremely solid cpu cooler.   Some background, I purchased this for a high performance gaming rig I built for a friend about 2 years ago.  He runs his machine - against my advice - in his garage without A/C and not backed up with a UPS for consistent power protection against outtages.  Further, we live in Southeast Florida with very high heat and humidity.  He did finally have some power surges that ended up frying his video card and caused a minor fixable short in his motherboard.  This further reinforces my advise that you should be never run a machine without a UPS power back-up and always keep all parts as cool as possible for longer life of each part.

However, despite the unadvised conditions with which he ran his machine and played his games (he's a heavy online gamer, playing the newest, and highest end games at their top graphical quality), the CPU and this liquid cooling device is still working perfectly and when I recently installed a 4gb video card as a stop gap after he fried the 8gb r9, I did not see any issues with the liquid cooler.

Question 5

Will this work with the upcoming AM4 socket for the AMD Ryzen series cpu?

Chances are no. Not unless the manufacturer comes out with the AM4 brackets. AM4 motherboards have a bit of a different mounting method. But for the price of this liquid cooler and I have one by the way. I would highly recommend going with corsair the corsair software really is a life savor and will keep your CPU nice and cool. Don't get me wrong this liquid cooler is a great introduction into liquid cooling but even I upgraded just after a couple months! Just some advice! Hope this helps you!

Will this work with the LGA 2066 socket for the x299 chipset? I may have ordered this, with said chipset, without looking into it......  Maybe.

I have a motherboard and processor with LGA 1150, and I haven't looked into the new LGA 2066 too much. I don't believe the LGA should matter for this liquid cooling, this is just going on the back of the processor so as long as the new processor isn't ridiculously bigger than the LGA 1150, you shouldn't have a problem. But I do recommend this liquid cooling, it has worked very well for me in the 2 years i have had it.

Will this work with an Intel LGA 1151 CPU?

In short- Yes; the 1151 socket was designed to use the same heat sink setup used by LGA1155/1156/1150. I'm disappointed I couldn't find a GPM on this though, wanted more stats on the pump.

Can it work with Kraken G12 GPU bracket? intend to use this set cooling a 1080

Sorry I have no idea. I used it on a Q6600 cpu that's 10 years old-LOL. Cooling is awesome - Fans die within 2 months.
