Why does the app need to get information?
The APP only obtains the device storage permission to store the pictures or videos taken by the endoscope. There is no networking function to upload private information.
Why is the camera hot?
It is normal for the camera to become warm, especially when the LEDs are fully lit. This does not affect normal use or life expectancy.
Why doesn't the app recognize that the camera is plugged in? What should I do in this case?
1. Make sure the phone supports OTG (Android).
2. Make sure the plug is fully inserted.
3. Try unplugging and plugging in again several times. Or uninstall the app and re-download it.
Why is the image a bit blurry? Is it because it's beyond the camera's focal length?
Yes. The focal length is 0.8–4 in (approximately 2–10 cm). Beyond 10 centimeters, the image will inevitably become blurred. Less than 2 centimeters exceeds the minimum focusing distance and cannot achieve focus.
