Epson used its Color MatrixCCD (Charge-Coupled Device) sensor to deliver scans with resolutions up to a 3,200dpi resolution and 48-bit color depth, giving you precise color and detail, whether scanning slides, negatives, or photos. The scanner's built-in transparency adapter can handle up to six film negatives or four slides at a time, while Epson Easy Photo Fix one-touch color restoration renews faded originals. The Epson Digital Dust Correction quickly and intelligently removes dust from film scans. And the Backlight Correction software corrects under exposed images with better color accuracy.
