Are all parts included. Tray pad etc?

All illustrated parts are included. Keyboard Tray with left/right slide out mouse surface, pad, arm, wall bracket, and all mounting/fastening hardware. Personally I tossed the tray and used a sheet of stainless steel bent and fastened to the arm in the corner so the arm doesn't go over my leg. Using this for a recliner setup. I've used this arm for a couple years now & it is the best arm made in my opinion.

is the movable action a quick-release mechanism, or an allen-key deal?

The joints are gravity fit with plastic bushings. Where the height arm swivels at the arm joint is riveted with a stainless steel? heavy duty pin & rivet. Same with both the up/down and side to side swivel. These are permanent and non adjustable. The height tension adjustment is done with an allen key which is included with the arm.

Is it going ro be attached to a table. any pictures?

I have actually purchased 4 of these units and they are mounted on movable work stations peg walls

Does that arm move up and down as well as in and out?

It moves up and down as well as side to side

Are their 2 mouse trays or only 1? I.e. can I pull out the mouse tray on both sides at the same time (for mouse and trackpad), or is it one or the other?

A single tray, can be pulled out to one side or the other, but not both at the same time.
