Video Doorbell C30 pairs with eufy HomeBase S280, S380, MiniBase Chime (T8023), Alexa, and Google Voice Assistant.
Note: It is not compatible with your existing chime, the original eufy Wi-Fi Chime (T8020), eufy Chime (T8740/T8742), or Apple HomeKit.


2. Is Video Doorbell C30 compatible with HomeBase 3?
Yes, it is compatible with HomeBase
3. This setup provides expandable local storage, enhanced AI functionality, cross-device features, and more. However, HomeBase 3 compatibility with Video Call is expected to be available in late November.


3. Why is my doorbell not working correctly after binding?
Video Doorbell C30 is a newly released product. To ensure proper functionality, please download the latest app version (version 4.9. 3 or above) and check if the doorbell has the latest software update.


4. Does C30 support 5GHz Wi-Fi?
No, it only supports a 2.4GH z Wi-Fi connection.
