I have an EVGA 430Watt PSU with 34A on the 12+, will this psu be enough juice to power this card??

That could be cutting it close.  If you have a low powered CPU, like a 65watt, then it would be fine.  If you have a 140Watt CPU I'd say the 430Watt power supply probably won't be enough.  
Number of drives, ramm, motherboard, video card, peripherals and cpu all take an amount of power.  Add them all up to get your total power needs.  Then try to be below that for some overhead.

example of power usage, not specific. 
Motherboard 12Watt, ramm stick 6 watt, hard drive 10 watt, SSD 5 watts, cdrom drive when running 10 watt, mouse 4 watt, keyboard 4 watt, CPU 100 watt, video card 140 watt.  USb devices 10 watt.  sound card 5 watts sound card 5 watts.  USB phone charger 12 watts...  Case fans about 3 watts each

You have to add all that up and have a little overhead doesn't hurt. Over time the power supply gets old and doesn't give 430 Watts any more as components age it drops its efficiency and output.

It has support for four concurrent displays; two dual-link DVI connectors [one DVI-I, one DVI-D], one HDMI* and one DisplayPort 1.2

Will this card run a 19" monitor using dvi and a 43" TV using hdmi?

The size of the displays doesn't really matter, the resolution does. It can definitely drive a display off both a DVI and HDMI connection.

Question 5

Would this work well for a Dell Inspuron 3847 i5, 8GB? Would it fit just fine? I intend of getting a 600w bronze psu.

This card is pretty small, but you're going to have to look in your case to be sure. It take up two Pci slots worth of room, so make sure that there is clearance below/above depending on what side the mobo is mounted to; ie there is nothing in the adjacent pci slot like a wifi card or someting.  It's just under 7 inches long.

being a 960 and a 4GB card i was wondering is this a true 4GB card or is it one of the cards that has 500MB partitioned off?

I ask because some of the first 4GB cards did that and ruined there performance.

Also Is there any way to improve cooling on this card?

I believe this is a true 4gb. The 3.5gb cards I think were only the early 970 models.

Question 7

I would like to know if this card will let you play the following games:
1.) Witcher 3? The minimum required to play the game is the following:  Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 660 / AMD GPU Radeon HD 7870
2.) Fallout 4?  miniumum GPU as follows: NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent
I am unable to tell anymore which cards are faster just based on the names so I have no clue and I would not want to spend the money to find I can't play the games I've been looking forward to playing.
Also, does the power to the video card require 2 inputs from the PSU?  Thanks REHII

Yes, it will run those games. I am running Fallout on high, with this card ,an Intel X3330 CPU, and 8GB DDR2 ram.

The card needs one six pin PCI-E power connector from your PSU. If you don't have one, there is an adapter included with 2 x Molex to 1 x six-pin pcie connector.

What's my stable limit for overclocking this with Precision X?

Normally the GPU will automatically turbo to 1390Mhz, which is different from the spec.  I tried over clock it a little more, sadly it will become unstable even with very little increase.

Should this card run on a 500w bronze certified PS with a AMD fx6300 cpu?

I would think so, I'm running it on a Corsair 430 watt bronze certified with an Intel core i5-6500.  But the AMD CPU draws a maximum of 95 watts, whereas  the i5-6500 uses only 65 watts maximum.  So my 430 bronze watt PSU might not work, but your 500 bronze should, you've got 70 watts more power than me while your CPU only draws 30 watts more at worst.

I bought this one I didn't notice the updated version ...EVGA GeForce GTX 960 04G-P4-3962-KR 4GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card ... What is the difference between the 2 and can I send the first one back and boy the newer version?

I see no difference as far as specs go on EVGA's web site they are alike. The only thing i didn't like is my old Radeon card showed bios post through my Denon receiver. This card shows no video output to my receiver until the Windows login screen. I have to use another hdmi cable direct to tv to get to the bios screen. I don't have any games on my pc to try but i read that its a good buy middle price gamers card.
