WHat is the temps you guys running with this water cooled setup?

With a 22*C ambient and 25*C case temp, I've seen a max of 60*C. I'm using the OC BIOS, 130% PT, +125 core, +450 VRAM. Actual core clock is over 2100 MHz.

I wish the OC BIOS would allow for 150% power with these Hybrid cards as they have plenty of thermal headroom.

Can two of these be used for sli ? Dont know the logistics of the cooler that comes with .

Yes, but not sure how to handle the coolers in the case.  The radiator is supposed to be above the card, so I guess the top card could go on top of case and bottom card on back of case.  I have my CPU cooler on top, so I have no way to run two.

Can the radiator be attached to the air outflow spot on the back ofrom the tower or does it need to attach to he cpu?

You'll have to be more specific. I'm not sure what you are trying to say. The fan that is included and the radiator needs to be attached to each other, then you can mount them together. You can, however, upgrade the fan that comes in the box. I spoke with EVGA yesterday and they said you don't have to use the fan connected to the actual video card like it comes in the box. Instead, you can upgrade the fan to a more quiet fan. You can connect it to a fan controller or the motherboard. You don't attach the radiator to the CPU.

Does this card have any sort of lighting on it like the regular FTW with the RGB effects?

this is the only ftw version I know of this brand and yes it has rgb lighting. there is the other version with look like this one, the blower version, that one does not have the lighting.

can you split the fan header to two fans for a push/pull config?

Most likely. I can't guarantee that the 1080 can supply enough power to run 2 fans at full blast but using a 3 pin splitter would work just fine. I chose to replace the stock fan and run push pull with 2 Corsair ML120s hooked directly to the mobo, controlled with speedfan and the 1080's fan header is hidden behind the tubing. Regardless of the route you choose you'll want to replace the stock fan as it's pretty bad.

will this card work on asrock z390 phantom gaming 6 motherboard?

Your motherboard has (3) PCIe 3.0 x16 slots.  This video card only requires one of those slots. You could hypothetically run three of these. It's a great card, I use it and play all the latest games on max graphics. Apex Legends, Anthem, BDO, The Division. The best thing is the water cooling, it's near silent and temperatures never go above 45.0C under load. Happy Shopping.

Question 7

Is it necessary to mount the radiators above the cards? I am looking to put 2 in SLI in a mid tower with both radiators at the front of the case. this means the bottom card's radiator would be a bit below the card, so I'm not sure how this would impact the temps or its ability to cool properly.

So you can put the radiator below but it does affect cooling performance quite a bit. Also it affects the longevity of the pump as well from what I understand. I installed the radiator below the card and saw quite a drop in performance to the point I bought a new case to rearrange the components. For my specific instance there was 10-12 degree decrease in temperature when the radiator was installed in the intended configuration.

is my pump failing? my temps are 60c under load and 40c at idle

Depending on the airflow in your case, ambient temperatures, overclock, and fan used on the radiator, then those temperatures are normal. I usually hover around 55-60 in a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX at gaming loads. I've replaced the stock radiator fan and have it controlled by the motherboard.

If I pull the front panel of the case off to allow greater airflow, temps drop about 5C all around. It's a bit of a chilly morning, so my idle temp is around 35.

if I wanted to sli these could I mount one of the radiator/slash fans on the back and the other up top? would the tubing reach?

Tubing isn't very long. It will easily reach the top of my mid tower case when plugged into the topmost pcie port. I'd measure it for you but I won't be near it until Wednesday. I'd estimate it to be a bit over a foot. This page has some builds with the GPU and may help you to estimate. Since I can't post links, look up completed builds on PC part picker for the 1080 ftw hybrid to get a good idea of how long the tubes are.

Do the fans on this switch off at low temps like on the ACX cards?

No, not entirely. The VRM fan (the one on the card itself) will turn off if the card is cool enough. The card doesn't have a large enough heatsink to allow for passive cooling, so the radiator fan and pump will run constantly with their speed dependent on the GPU temperature. With lights loads it is VERY quiet, and at full speed it is still quieter than the ACX models.
