Will this fit a HP Pavilion Elite M9402F?

YES, the referenced video card is compatible with and can be (physically) installed in the HP Pavilion Elite M9402F.

There is (however) one HUGE "gotcha" - the referenced video card is a PCI Express x16 card and there is only ONE(1) such expansion slot on the HP's motherboard.  Therefore, the only reason the referenced video card could not be installed would be if there is another card already in the PCIe-x16 slot.

COMMENT:  If there is an existing PCIe-x16 card, then the existing card is probably a video card - merely remove the old PCIe-x16 card and insert the new video card.

Hi, Yes I do have the video card in a dell E510.  I'm running both Windows XP and Windows 7 from two different hard drives set up in it.  I did try to upgrade the Windows 7 to Win 10 but, the upgrade booms out due to the processor that is in the machine.  That said I'm not entirely sure the card will upgrade to Win 10 but, that is not the reason I could not upgrade my machine.  If it were me, I'd give it a try. Best of luck to you,  Charlie

If the drivers are available and you have the correct pci slot, then yes it will work. I don't know if evga has the drivers for win10 or ever will for the 8400GS

By the looks of it, your t3400 accommodates pcie x16 bus.  Can't tell if its a 2.0 or not.  Wont matter that much.  Remember its a budget video card.  If you plan on gaming you'll need to step up to a higher end card.  If you plan on streaming video (720 fine, 1080 somewhat slow) or run of the mill computing, software development, with dual monitors, it'll work fine.  It's even compatible with Linux, if that's your game.

so unless you are wanting to do high end gaming you should not need a video card.

It will definitely work with a 220 Watt power supply - that's the "good news" answer.

The "bad news" answer is that it depends on what else you have installed on the computer (i.e., disk drives, sound cards, etc.).

The other "good news" answer is that the EVGA 01G-P3-1303-KR GeForce 8400 GS does not use much power as regards video cards in general.

Final Answer:  Unless you are doing something unusual, the card should work well/properly for you.

Is this a low profile card and will it fit the small slot for a lenovo ThinkCentre M73?

The card comes with two low profile brackets. One for the card itself and one to relocate the VGA output to an adjacent slot. It is a PCI Express 2.0 x16 so be certain there is an x16 slot and you have an adjacent open slot for the VGA, or strap/unplug the VGA socket inside if you only intend to use the HDMI. We use these for multi monitor graphics output for CAD software workstations. Very satisfied with the Windows 7 Pro driver availability and their function.

It will work with just about any Motherboard.  The only thing you have to do is go to the EGA website to get the correct drivers.  The disc that came with it may have outdated drives on it.

I am running windows 10 with this card, it has initially worked from when i upgraded to windows 10 and they pushed an update for the driver to run on windows 10 and now it's working flawlessly.

I need to replace the Navida GeForce 7500 LE graphics card because its not compatible with windows 10.  Is the EVGA GeForece 8400 compatible with Windows 10?  Graphic card will be install in a HP Pavilion Media Center M8074c.

Seriously doubt it. It'll probably run, but Windoze won't like it.

This one is coming up on two years old, and still chugs along fine on this Linux box, but it can't handle many modern graphics duties, it's just too old. 5 or 6 generations, IIRC.
