Does this have Bluetooth? I wanted to install Windows on this and pair it to a new Xbox One S wireless Bluetooth controller.

This model does indeed come with a dedicated AzureWave AW-CB210NF-P card slotted in the M.2 Key-E spot that handles AC WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1 duties. I haven't attempted to pair a wireless Xbox One controller which runs a older 4.0 standard, but I have no issue pairing older hardware running 2.0 with the board daily. Windows 10 offers better GUI-based selection for pairing so it should work. Worst-case scenario would be you have to purchase Microsoft's proprietary wireless adapter for PC.

does this board come with the Bluetooth/WiFi card or do i need to buy separately?

Yes, the Stinger has a card with Bluetooth/wifi installed so you are all set. I will say attaching the wifi antenna leads to the card with the tiny little connectors was probably the trickiest part of installing this board, but no big deal after doing a little research. (Need to line up the lead clip perfectly with the post and apply a decent amount of pressure until you hear them click on to the posts.)

Can I add my own LEDs to this board, or do I have to purchase the MSI Z270I or Asus ROG STRIX Z270i to be able to have functioning LEDs in my PC case? Thank you in advance.

you can always add LED regardless of the motherboard but if you want to be able to control them through software, with this motherboard i didnt notice any dedicated LED control software, but that doesnt mean there isnt software available, i cant give you any recommendations as to what you should buy but i did want you to know the motherboard isnt really the deciding factor when talking about "IF" you can install more LED, also if your talking installing on the board level i dont know of any products that exist that will allow you to do that
