It feels like it only vibrates. How do I get full percussion?
It is a percussion gun: the head moves 8 mm in and out. Speed 1 is deliberately gentle, and a low battery weakens it. Charge it fully, press up to Speed 3 or 4, and glide with light pressure. Pressing hard slows the head down.
How long does the battery last, and can I use it while charging?
100 to 240 minutes per charge, depending on speed and pressure. A full charge takes about 3 to 4 hours over the included USB-A to USB-C cable. Do not use it while it is charging. Some USB-C to USB-C cables will not charge it.
Is a mini gun strong enough for deep tissue?
It has 22 lb of stall force and an 8 mm stroke at up to 2600 RPM. For deep tissue, use Speed 3 or 4 with the Precision or Round head on large muscles and let the gun do the work. If the head stalls, ease off the pressure.
Which head and speed should I use on my neck?
Start on Speed 1 with the Round head on the back and sides of the neck and shoulders, or the Dual head along either side of the spine. Keep it moving and stay off bone. Do not use it on the front of the neck, the head or the face.
Why did it turn off by itself?
That is the auto-off, not a fault. It switches off after 15 minutes of continuous use, or after 5 minutes idle. Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it back on. If it will not start, charge it fully.
