DUAL-PLINTH VIBRATION ISOLATION DESIGN
The RT87's dual?plinth architecture dramatically improves vibration resistance. Its high-mass wood layers absorb mechanical noise before it reaches your stylus. Mounting the motor on the lower plinth and the tonearm on the upper plinth decouples the components that generate vibration from the stylus that reads the groove. In addition, conical isolators suspend the upper plinth of the turntable further blocking vibration from your environment. 9" CARBON FIBER TONEARM
The RT87's carbon fiber tonearm is engineered for precise groove tracking, combining low mass and high rigidity to control resonance.  Its precision cut CNC parts achieve improved tracking accuracy and high-fidelity audio playback by retrieving more musical detail. The longer, straight configuration, tonearm traces a gentler arc across the record, minimizing tracking error.
