What power supply do I need for this case I build it out and it said you didn’t have any that would work?

The case does not include a power supply. It supports a power supply up to 130 mm in length.

Is it possible to fit a high-end graphics card like the RTX 4080 in this case?

This case supports a GPU of dimensions 325 mm long by 145 mm wide by 56 mm thick. Not many RTX 4080 cards are this small, but you can see a list of all compatible NVIDIA graphics cards if you search for "NVIDIA SFF ready" and go to the link for NVIDIA's list of SFF-ready GPUs. This form does not allow me to include a direct link.

How many expansion slots does this case have?

The case has 2 expansion slots.
