Our SK5 all-metal craft knife features a zero-wobble collet that tightly locks the blade, preventing dangerous slips or pull-outs during micro-detailing. We also include Level-5 HPPE cut-resistant finger cots for absolute safety.
Are the metal files and deburring tools durable? My last set snapped in half on the first use.
We skipped cheap alloys and upgraded to industrial-grade materials. The 5 needle files use ultra-hard T12 steel, and the deburring tool features a 62HRC HSS blade. They easily shave off rigid PETG brims without bending or snapping.
How exactly does the PTFE coating work? Will it prevent the "blob of death"?
The proprietary our water-based PTFE nano-coating cold. At 200°C+, it bonds to the nozzle, creating a dry nano-barrier. This physically repels sticky molten PETG and TPU, ensuring leaks slide off rather than causing catastrophic failures.
