how does the Rev 2's wheel compare to the original? I found the wheel on the original far too easy to accidentally scroll up/down while attempting to middle-click.

The scroll wheel on my original MS-3 was rather stiff and probably a little broken from the start, so I can't really do a comparison for you, but what I can tell you is that I don't have a problem scrolling by accident when I click the mouse wheel on the Rev2.
